'Narabi' refers to the straight line arrangement, the consistent sizes and perfectly shaped portions of uni we commonly see in 250g trays of uni. It's a meticulous job arranging uni on a tray narabi style, therefore narabi uni commands a premium price.
IMPORTANT NOTE: By order only; air-flown items will be flown in every Tuesday and Friday (unless otherwise stated). Cut-off dates to order uni is:
- Every Friday for cargos arriving the following Tuesday, and
- Every Monday for cargos arriving on Friday of the same week.
