  10. HOW BIG IS A PORTION OF NOODS?
There are two rolls of noodles in each box of Noods (except for our Full Body Noods). As a main dish, it's suitable for one person. However, if you wish to share our Noods between two people, it's perfect as an appetizer.

  11. WHY DO I HAVE TO MAKE PAYMENT WITHIN 30 MINUTES?
We operate on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Payment is required for your order to be confirmed. Your slot will only be held for 30 minutes before it is given up to someone else.

  12. CAN I CANCEL OR POSTPONE MY ORDER?
We do not provide refunds for the cancellation of any orders as we begin processing orders immediately upon receipt. However, if we are unable to fulfil your order, or have to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued. Our suppliers require a 3-day preorder for the ingredients required to fulfil your order. For this reason, we also do not entertain any postponement of orders.

  13. WHAT KIND OF UNI DO YOU USE?
We only use Hokkaido Bafun or Murasaki uni, whichever is currently in season. Each week, our supplier gives us a selection of uni to choose from. We choose our uni based on certain factors: season, taste and price, so you might see us using Bafun uni one week, and Murasaki the next.

  14. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BAFUN UNI AND MURASAKI UNI?
Bafun uni falls under the Aka (red) uni umbrella and has a red/dark orange appearance. It is much smaller in size compared to Murasaki uni. It is dense in flavour, umami-packed, creamy and sweet.

Murasaki uni falls under the Shiro (white) uni category, as it is much paler than bafun uni. It is typically light-yellow in colour, and much larger than bafun uni! The taste of Murasaki uni is much lighter compared to bafun uni, though creamy and sweet.

  15. WHAT IS THE WHITE, GOOEY STUFF I SEE ON UNI? IS IT MOULD?
Don't worry, it's not mould! You'll only find these white spots on uni that are in season and it is totally safe for raw consumption!

  16. HOW LONG CAN I KEEP UNI FOR? CAN I FREEZE IT?
Most uni can be kept for up to 5 days in the fridge, especially with quality as good as ours. However, we recommend consuming it within 1-2 days upon receipt. Please do not freeze your uni as this will affect its taste and texture.
